Return Policy

Thanks for shopping Your satisfaction is very important to us, so if you are not happy with your recent purchase we gladly accept returns. Follow these easy steps to initiate your return.

You have 15 days from receipt of your order to initiate a return with Any orders that are initiated after the 15 day period will not be accepted for refund.

All purchases must be pre-authorized for return. 

To receive a return authorization number, email us at with your order number, the merchandise you wish to return, and the reason for your return.

For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 3 weeks after the estimated delivery date.

Wrong Address - If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.

Returns conditions - all purchases must be returned in their original condition, unwashed and unworn with original tags attached. We cannot accept returns showing signs of wear including sweat, make-up, deodorant, etc. All returned products will be inspected upon receipt by our warehouse. If products are not in salable condition, your return will be denied and such items will not be refunded.

Sales items cannot be returned.

You are responsible for the return shipping cost. (**For your personal protection, we highly recommend that you ship your return using a traceable carrier such as UPS, Federal Express, or Local Postal Service (registered, insured, or signature required). Rayluca is not responsible for any return packages that are lost in transit to our warehouse.)

Refunds may take up to 15 business days to be proceeded.
